Epicor Kinetic Technical-Functional Lead Full-Time | On-Site - Chicagoland | Permanent
Adastra Resource Group has been engaged exclusively by our client, a rapidly growing organization expanding their internal IT capability. We are seeking an Epicor Kinetic Technical-Functional Expert to lead the integration, adoption, and optimization of their ERP platform—ensuring the business achieves maximum value from its investment through improved processes, connectivity, and system utilization.
The Role
In this pivotal position, you will serve as the primary ERP authority , working directly with executive leadership to drive enhancements, streamline workflows, and ensure the ERP solution fully supports operational and strategic objectives. You will lead development, customization, and integration initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders across departments to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, reporting, and automation.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Epicor Kinetic ERP functionality, including BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, and custom modules.

Build and support internal applications using C#, .NET, and SQL Server .

Create and maintain SSRS reports, SQL stored procedures, KPIs, and exception reports .

Support and enhance EDI transactions and integrations with external systems.

Partner with finance, operations, and engineering to automate processes and deliver quarterly project goals.

Train end users, promote adoption of new features, and ensure best-practice utilization of the ERP system.
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of Epicor ERP development (Kinetic preferred).

Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, WinForms , and SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures).

Proven track record in BAQ/BPM creation , SSRS reporting, and dashboard design.

Experience with EDI mapping and integration .

Manufacturing industry background preferred; exposure to MES or shop floor data systems is an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-growing business environment.
