Our client is seeking an Epicor Field Consultant with both Technical and Functional skillsets to support their client base. This role will manage client implementations, providing both functional and technical support, and customize Epicor Kinetic modules for clients.
Responsibilities include system administration, data cleanup, migration, implementation, customizing modules, user training, report building, and handling smaller tickets for multiple customers weekly.
- 3+ years of Epicor Kinetic experience, preferably in implementation and integrations for Epicor ERP / Kinetic
- Functional skills, including reporting and customization
- Technical skills including ERP development, customizations, system administration
- Client management and communication skills
- Experience in scheduling, financials, or other specialized areas are a plus
