Senior Technical Solutions Analyst – Minneapolis, MN
We’re working with a growing medical technology manufacturer in the Minneapolis area that designs and builds life-saving machines. With ~350 employees and a track record of doubling in size every 5–6 years, the company continues to expand and is looking for a Senior Technical Solutions Analyst to join its IT team.
This role is high-impact: you’ll be the go-to expert for Epicor ERP (Kinetic) and surrounding systems, responsible for improving workflows, managing integrations, and ensuring the ERP drives efficiency across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Engineering. The position is based on-site to start, with flexibility to shift into a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote).
What You’ll Be Doing

Take ownership of Epicor ERP — configuring, managing, and troubleshooting the system.

Design and maintain BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, SSRS reports, and screen customizations.

Manage system integrations using Automation Studio, Workato, APIs, and Epicor ECM.

Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and build scalable solutions.

Support end users with training, troubleshooting, and day-to-day ERP usage.

Contribute to the company’s planned on-prem to cloud ERP migration over the next 1–2 years.
What We’re Looking For

Deep hands-on experience with Epicor ERP (Kinetic preferred).

Strong skills in BAQs, BPMs, SSRS reporting, dashboards, and ECM.

Integration expertise with Automation Studio, Workato, and APIs.

SQL development/administration and Power BI reporting.

Experience in a regulated industry or with QMS configuration is highly valued.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

A self-starter who is collaborative, curious, and not afraid to learn.
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $125,000–$155,000+ depending on experience.

10% annual bonus eligibility.
