Sr IFS Functional Business Analyst - Manufacturing

IFS Functional Manufacturing Business Analyst 

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated IFS Functional Manufacturing Business Analyst  to support ERP implementation projects. This role requires a consultative, client-facing professional with deep expertise in IFS Applications and a strong ability to bridge the gap between technology and business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor and collaborative partner to client project teams.

• Deliver outstanding customer service while aligning IFS solutions with business strategy and scope.

• Conduct client education on IFS concepts, features, and terminology.

• Design and facilitate training sessions and workshops for end users and project teams.

• Identify functional gaps between client requirements and IFS capabilities; define solutions and write functional specifications for CRIM developments.

• Configure and demonstrate IFS functionality to validate fit to client business processes.

• Support user adoption by training client teams on prototype solutions and transitioning solution ownership.

• Provide guidance throughout testing, migration, and go-live activities.

• Support clients in developing cutover strategies and long-term solution management.

• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and team development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

• Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently.

• Strong time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Comfortable interfacing with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.

• Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
