Overview:
Seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support IFS ERP implementations, specifically within the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) domain. This role acts as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting them through IFS transitions and collaborating with internal functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as a partner to client teams, delivering expert guidance and customer service.

Translate business requirements into IFS solutions, including gap analysis and functional specifications.

Lead training sessions, workshops, and prototype demonstrations for client teams.

Support testing, migration, go-live planning, and post-implementation success.

Collaborate with solution architects and project managers to ensure strategic alignment.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Proven experience managing priorities across multiple projects.

Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels, including C-Suite.

Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with collaboration tools.
