About the Role
A growing organization is undergoing an IFS Cloud implementation with Phase 1 go-live scheduled for December 1st. They are seeking a Senior IFS ERP Applications Specialist with both technical and functional expertise to guide the implementation and support future growth.

This is a unique opportunity to help build IFS from the ground up in a supportive, agile environment, working directly with leadership to shape the company’s ERP footprint.

• Act as the primary IFS techno/functional expert across Finance, Invoicing, Order Deliveries, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.

• Serve as Sr Business Analyst / System Administrator bridging business needs with technical solutions.

• Troubleshoot, resolve incidents, and provide user support.

• Develop and maintain custom lobbies, reporting, and integrations (Boomi, Infinite Invoicing).

• Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly IT meetings.

• Support future IFS modules including EAM and FSM.

• Document processes, manage security/access, and ensure system best practices.

• Mentor and transfer knowledge as the internal IFS team expands.

• 6+ years’ IFS experience (Cloud, Apps 9 or 10) with implementation exposure preferred.

• Strong techno/functional skills in Finance (AR, AP, GL, Project Accounting, Fixed Assets), Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.

• Hands-on experience with integrations (APIs, SFTP, Boomi, etc.).

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Adaptable, self-directed, and comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Help lead and shape a fresh IFS Cloud implementation.

• Training and further education in IFS provided.
