Adastra Resource Group has been exclusively retained by a global manufacturing leader to drive a business-critical ERP transformation from IFS Applications to IFS Cloud . We're seeking a Senior IFS ERP Solutions Architect to take charge of the end-to-end solution strategy, technical design, and cross-functional alignment of the IFS ecosystem.
This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced IFS professional with both technical depth and functional breadth . You’ll lead architecture, integrations, and governance across a complex, enterprise-wide deployment—while mentoring analysts and guiding business process improvement across all major workstreams.
? What You’ll Be Doing:

Architect and deliver scalable IFS Cloud ERP solutions aligned to business goals

Own all solution architecture decisions within the IFS environment

Lead a team of IFS Business Analysts, ensuring functional specs translate into technical execution

Design and manage IFS CRIMs— custom events, workflows, LUs, permission sets, and security

Develop integration strategies connecting IFS with CRM, PLM, WMS, shipping , and other enterprise platforms

Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Logistics stakeholders to align system capabilities with business processes

Act as the lead technical liaison to vendors, consultants, and delivery partners throughout the IFS Cloud upgrade lifecycle
? What You Bring:
- 7+ years of hands-on IFS ERP experience , spanning both functional and technical domains
- 2+ years as an IFS Solutions Architect , with at least one full lifecycle upgrade to IFS Cloud (v23 or 24R2 preferred)

Strong command of Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes

Proven experience designing and deploying complex IFS CRIMs

History of leading ERP project teams (Business Analysts, Developers, Functional SMEs)

Skilled in change management, process design, and cross-functional leadership

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills—comfortable bridging business and IT

Experience supporting Configure-to-Order (CTO) or Engineer-to-Order (ETO) environments

Knowledge of Oracle database structure and IFS development tools

Familiarity with Agile , Waterfall , or hybrid ERP delivery methodologies

Experience integrating IFS with third-party platforms (e.g., Salesforce, CAD, MES, BI tools)
