ERP Manager (P21)
Location: Hybrid in Texas
Salary: Market Rate, $100K+ DOE

Job Description:
Our client is hiring an ERP Manager to optimize operations and support Prophet 21 users across their US branches.
This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Houston or Dallas , with some travel as needed .
Responsibilities:- Serve as the internal expert on Prophet 21 (cloud-hosted), supporting ~90 users
- Analyze and optimize operational workflows in P21 across inventory, service, and manufacturing
- Train end users; document and roll out process improvements
- Drive system improvements such evaluation and implementation of AP / tax automation bolt-ons, and invoicing automation post-shipment
- Streamline labor utilization and reporting
- 5+ years experience in Prophet 21
- Consultative, proactive, and process-focused
- Strong in operations, inventory, and manufacturing
- Wireless Warehouse experience
- Field Service and Manufacturing module expertise
