Overview:
A leading global organization is seeking a skilled IFS Technical Consultant
to support its U.S.-based ERP operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a large-scale IFS Applications 10 environment, providing hands-on systems administration, technical support, and user access configuration. The role is fully remote and suited for candidates with strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience managing IFS user accounts, and a passion for solving internal support challenges.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all IFS user account administration

Configure and manage user roles, permissions, and security profiles

Troubleshoot and resolve internal support tickets using a structured ticketing system (e.g., Jira)

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and system stability

Maintain documentation for processes, user access, and configuration changes

Experience with data migration , IFS data structures, or supporting ERP data transitions

Familiarity with Hyperion or similar reporting tools

Proven experience working with IFS Applications (Apps 10 preferred)

Strong background in technical support and systems administration

Must be comfortable working in a ticketing system environment (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting
- Initial Term : 6 months, with strong potential for extension
- Location : 100% remote – candidates can be based anywhere in North America or Canada
- Pay Rate : Competitive hourly rate, depending on experience
