Adastra Resource Group has been exclusively retained by a market-leading client to find an experienced IFS Technical / Functional Business Analyst with expertise in Field Service Management (FSM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) . This is a high-impact role in a major IFS Cloud implementation , providing an opportunity to shape and optimize key business processes.
Role Overview
This position will play a critical role in configuring, optimizing, and supporting IFS FSM and CRM modules , ensuring smooth system implementation and ongoing improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements and design IFS solutions
- Configure and optimize IFS FSM & CRM modules
- IFS FSM: Advanced Work Orders, Work Tasks (WT), Mobile Work Orders (MWO)
- IFS CRM: Sales Quotes, Customer Orders, Service Contracts
- Lead/support system implementation, data migration, integrations, and training
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless IFS deployment
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Maintain data integrity and master data management
- Provide user training and support
- Monitor data quality and recommend improvements
- Stay updated on IFS updates and best practices
Required Skills & Experience
This is a techno-functional role , requiring both IFS functional expertise and some technical knowledge .
Key Experience Required:
- IFS Customization & CRIM Development (Custom Reports, Integrations, Modifications)
- Advanced Forms & Omnibite experience
- SQL & PL/SQL for database queries
- IFS Connect & API Integrations (REST/SOAP, XML, JSON)
- Reporting Tools (Crystal Reports, IFS Lobbies, Power BI)
- IFS Workflows & Event Actions for automation
- Basic Java, .NET, or Python for integrations
- Strong troubleshooting & business process improvement skills
