IFS Systems Manager

Adastra Resource Group has been exclusively retained to recruit a talented and experienced IFS Systems Manager for a newly live IFS Cloud customer undergoing a major digital transformation.
In this strategic role, you’ll take full ownership of the IFS ERP environment , driving support, enhancements, and optimization across the business. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be the primary technical and functional point of contact for all things IFS, ensuring stability, efficiency, and innovation post-Cloud go-live.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Act as lead administrator and ERP owner for IFS Cloud across the business

Manage system security, user roles, configuration packages, and print server infrastructure

Support and enhance core modules: Finance , Supply Chain , Manufacturing , Projects , EDI

Develop and maintain custom events, fields, logical units (LUs) , and SQL-based reports

Lead integration efforts with third-party systems and peripheral devices

Serve as primary contact for IFS support and internal troubleshooting

Monitor performance, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with internal controls

Collaborate with department heads to define ERP requirements and implement solutions
What You Bring:
- 5+ years’ experience with IFS Applications (v9, v10, or Cloud)
- 3+ years’ experience in ERP or systems management (IFS Cloud strongly preferred)

Strong hands-on experience in IFS Cloud extensibility , including custom forms, workflows, and automation

Proficient in SQL / PL-SQL , report building, and data analysis within IFS

Functional knowledge across finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and projects

Experience supporting multi-site, multi-currency, intercompany environments

Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with non-technical teams
Bonus Points For:

Experience with tools like Integrify , Domo , Planful

Involvement in global rollouts or complex ERP transformation initiatives

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
