Systems Manager – IFS Cloud

Adastra Resource Group has been exclusively retained by our client to identify and secure an experienced Systems Manager to oversee their Financial Information Systems, with a strong emphasis on IFS Cloud administration and development. This is a key full-time role reporting directly to the CFO and will serve as the primary resource within the Information Management team for ERP system support, enhancements, and administration.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the lead administrator for the organization’s IFS Cloud ERP system.

Lead and support the migration from IFS 7.5 to IFS Cloud, including planning, configuration, testing, and post-go-live stabilization.

Manage user administration, system security, print servers, event configuration, and third-party system integrations.

Develop and maintain custom events, logical units (LUs), fields, and reports.

Provide technical support for handheld and peripheral system integrations.

Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements.

Support reporting and data querying through PL/SQL and IFS database tools.

Participate in IFS training and stay up to date on system capabilities and best practices.
Required Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in IFS Applications (v9, v10, and/or Cloud).

At least 3 years of experience in ERP system administration, ideally in an enterprise setting.

Demonstrated experience in IFS Cloud extensibility, including creating custom forms, triggers, and workflow automation.

Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL for report development and system customizations.

Functional understanding of modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Project Management, and EDI.

Experience working within a multi-site, multi-currency, and intercompany ERP environment.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Strong communication and documentation skills.

The ability to operate both independently and collaboratively across teams.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Bonus Skills:

Familiarity with platforms such as Integrify, Domo, or Planful.

Prior experience supporting global ERP rollouts or cloud transformations.
Additional Information:

While the role is primarily onsite, remote options may be considered for exceptional candidates with proven IFS Cloud experience.
