We’re partnering with a global organization undergoing a major IFS Cloud transformation and seeking an experienced IFS System Administrator to join the project team on a long-term contract.
Role Summary
The IFS System Administrator will support the daily operation and technical management of the IFS Cloud ERP platform and associated applications. This role will work closely with IFS partners, Solution Architects, Data Architects, and internal transformation teams.
Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational support for IFS Cloud, ensuring system stability and user accessibility

Oversee implementation, testing, and rollout of upgrades and new features

Manage IFS user roles, security, and system interfaces

Collaborate with external support partners to resolve escalated issues

Support integration between IFS and third-party systems

Create and maintain reports using tools like Crystal Reports, Power BI, Quick Reports, and IFS Report Designer

Customize dashboards, lobbies, KPIs, and screen layouts to improve usability and performance

Contribute to disaster recovery planning and IT service desk coordination during transformation
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on IFS Cloud implementation/support experience
- 3+ years of experience with prior IFS versions (7, 8, 9, or 10)

Proficient in Crystal Reports, PL/SQL, and Power BI

Strong understanding of IFS systems in a manufacturing or engineering environment

Experience with system security, user administration, and IFS interface management

Self-driven, solution-oriented, and capable of working in fast-paced environments
