Position: IFS Systems Administrator
We are seeking an experienced IFS Administrator to join a growing internal ERP team. This role will focus on the administration, maintenance, and support of the organization’s IFS Cloud system to ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and strong communication skills to collaborate with system users, optimize functionality, and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:-
Administer IFS accounts, permissions, and security profiles.

Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance, and deploy patches/upgrades.

Coordinate regression testing, user acceptance testing, and bug resolution.

Document and maintain business process descriptions/flows.

Partner with business process owners to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.

Create functional and technical specifications for reports and customizations.

Customize or build IFS screens, lobbies, dashboards, and reports.

Manage interfaces between IFS and other applications.

Provide end-user training, guidance, and technical support.

Troubleshoot system performance issues and coordinate with partners when necessary.

5+ years of experience in an IFS administrative role.

2+ years of PL/SQL scripting with advanced Oracle SQL knowledge.

Hands-on experience with IFS patches, upgrades, testing, security setup, and UI customizations.

Familiarity with modules such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Engineering, and Planning.

Proficiency with Microsoft applications.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Strong interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
