?? Key Responsibilities (IFS-Focused):

Administer and manage IFS Applications 10 , including user provisioning, security roles, permission sets, profiles, and configuration packages

Build, customize, and maintain IFS components— lobbies , custom events, menus, custom fields, and page configurations

Design and deliver data-rich reports using SQL , SSRS , and Quick Reports to support business operations

Act as the primary IFS liaison between IT and the business—translating user needs into scalable ERP solutions

Collaborate across departments to enhance functionality in core IFS modules , including:
- Manufacturing – Shop Orders, Planning, Costing
- Supply Chain – Procurement, Inventory, Order Management
- Engineering, Quality, Customer Service

Monitor system health and performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate resolution with external IFS support partners

Support and contribute to all phases of the IFS Cloud upgrade —test planning, validation, data migration, and rollout

Maintain ERP documentation, data integrity, and process optimization standards across the system
? Ideal Candidate Profile:
-
3+ years of hands-on experience with IFS Applications 10 as a System Administrator and/or Business Analyst

Strong technical fluency with Application Explorer , IFS Developer Studio , and Design Studio

Experience configuring user roles, permission sets, and security profiles within IFS
-
Strong SQL skills and experience with SSRS and IFS Quick Reports

Familiarity with Oracle-based environments supporting IFS
-
Functional exposure across manufacturing, supply chain, and operations

Experience with or exposure to IFS Cloud or upgrade planning highly desirable
-
Excellent communication and documentation skills for end-user engagement and stakeholder support
