Now Hiring: IFS Solutions Architect (Remote | Long-Term Contract)
Contract Duration: 2–3 Years
Location: Remote 

We’re supporting a large-scale IFS Cloud transformation across a multi-division organization and seeking a senior-level IFS Solutions Architect to join the program on a long-term contract basis. This is a rare opportunity to help lead a full IFS Cloud implementation that spans multiple business units and hundreds of users.

Role Summary

The Solutions Architect will guide the design and delivery of IFS Cloud — particularly across manufacturing and supply chain modules — ensuring leading practices are applied throughout the entire ERP transformation. This role is strategic and solution-driven , not hands-on technical, and will interface closely with both business stakeholders and implementation partners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver IFS Manufacturing Modules, including:

    • Discrete Manufacturing

    • Engineer-to-Order

    • Configure-to-Order

    • Shop Floor Reporting

    • Material and Resource Planning

    • Apply IFS and business process expertise across areas such as Inventory, Engineering, Product Lifecycle Management, and Maintenance

    • Translate business needs into functional requirements that guide system configuration

    • Oversee site-level requirements, testing, and training during the rollout

    • Support change management and adoption strategies

    • Identify and help mitigate project risks and issues

    • Develop internal toolkits, methodologies, and training for ERP rollout

    • Act as a Subject Matter Expert during stakeholder discussions or sales cycles


      Skills & Experience Required

      • 7+ years of ERP implementation experience , with at least 2+ years specifically in IFS Cloud
      • Strong business process knowledge across Manufacturing and supporting areas (Plan to Produce, Procure to Pay, Part Setup to Costing)

      • Proven success designing IFS solutions across multi-site, multi-entity organizations

      • Ability to engage across business and technical teams and manage stakeholder expectations

      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word

      • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills

      • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independently


      Travel Requirement:

      Up to 50% during key phases of implementation
