This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity for U.S.-based professionals looking to drive real change across enterprise-level service operations.

? What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering with service, field, and operational teams

Map current (“As-Is”) business processes and design future-state (“To-Be”) workflows

Develop detailed functional specifications and oversee related configuration activities

Support implementation, data migration, testing, and post-go-live optimization
-
Drive enhancements within IFS Service & Maintenance , while also engaging across adjacent modules (Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, HR)

Collaborate with a national team of IFS professionals to deliver tailored ERP solutions
? Core Module Expertise – Required :
- IFS Service & Maintenance
, including:

Preventive Maintenance

Mobile Field Service

Case Management

Resource Scheduling

? Additional IFS Module Experience – Nice to Have :
- Supply Chain – Procurement, Inventory
- Manufacturing – MRP, Shop Orders
- Finance – GL, AP/AR, Project Costing
- Quality – Inspections, NCR
- HR & Time & Attendance
? What You Bring:

5+ years of experience as an IFS Business Analyst , Functional Consultant , or ERP SME
-
Strong, hands-on knowledge of IFS Service & Maintenance modules
-
Experience working with IFS Cloud or Apps 10

Familiarity with the IFS Scope Tool (preferred)

Excellent process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
-
Ability to operate independently in a fully remote environment

Must be based in the U.S. with valid work authorization ( no visa sponsorship available )
