Job Opening: IFS ERP Manager Company: Adastra Resource Group - Partnering with a Leading Long-Term IFS Client

Position Summary: Adastra Resource Group seeks a dynamic IFS ERP Manager to oversee the design, development, and maintenance of IFS ERP systems for one of our key clients in Wisconsin. This role is essential in aligning IFS functionality with organizational needs, requiring both a strong technical and functional background. As the primary IFS subject matter expert, the IFS Manager will lead cross-functional collaboration, guiding and training users across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • IFS Administration: Manage and maintain the IFS environment, ensuring optimal functionality.
  • IFS Team Leadership: Guide the ERP core team and business process owners in identifying and resolving system issues.
  • Process Documentation: Document and maintain comprehensive business process descriptions and workflows.
  • IFS Custom Implementation: Configure screens, workflows, and reports within the IFS ERP toolset.
  • 3rd Party and Custom Support: Learn and support related applications and tools.
  • System Troubleshooting: Address IFS system performance issues, including occasional on-call support.
  • Regression Testing: Administer testing, platform upgrades, and coordinate bug fixes.
  • User Acceptance Testing: Organize and manage testing phases to ensure system reliability.
  • Training Development: Develop and deliver both initial orientation and ongoing training for IFS users.
  • Upgrades & Implementations: Support and lead all upgrades or new implementations within IFS.
  • FIT-GAP Analysis: Perform analyses to identify and implement process efficiencies.
  • Data Integrity & Security: Ensure data security, compliance, and overall integrity within the IFS system.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Processes, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of IFS experience in an administrative and/or analytical role.
  • IFS Modules expertise - Proven experience working with various business functions, including Sales, Engineering, Planning, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in IFS administration and Oracle SQL.
  • Ability to analyze, document, and maintain business processes and end-user documentation.
  • Strong command of Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across all levels within the organization.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven ability to drive change.
