Are you an IFS HCM expert ready to lead a high-impact transformation? We’re seeking a seasoned IFS HCM Implementation Specialist for an exciting 15-month contract to support a full-scale IFS Cloud HCM rollout across a national enterprise organization.
This is your opportunity to own delivery of key IFS HCM modules from configuration to go-live—ensuring best practices are embedded in every aspect of workforce management. You’ll collaborate with internal HR, IT, and third-party providers to deliver a future-ready HCM solution.
? Core IFS HCM Modules You'll Be Implementing:
- Employee & Organization Management (with integration to Paylocity)
- Expense Management
- Health & Safety
- Time & Attendance (no time clock integration)
- Recruitment
- Qualifications, Development & Training
- Employee & Manager Self-Service (focused on above modules)
- Payroll Integration
? Your Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle implementation of IFS Cloud HCM modules

Configure and tailor IFS functionality to meet business and compliance requirements

Collaborate with HR and IT to align system design with best-in-class HR processes

Drive UAT, data migration, and validation activities

Ensure successful integration with external payroll provider ( Paylocity )

Train super users and support change management across HR functions
? What We’re Looking For:

Strong hands-on experience with IFS HCM in a Cloud environment (Apps 10 or IFS Cloud)

Proven history of configuring and deploying multiple IFS HCM modules

Knowledge of HR operations and compliance in U.S.-based organizations

Experience with IFS payroll integration , ideally with Paylocity or similar platforms

Strong stakeholder engagement, documentation, and training capabilities
