In this role, you will combine product expertise with implementation experience to analyze business needs, map customer requirements to IFS capabilities, and ensure the successful configuration and deployment of IFS solutions. You will also play a critical role in supporting clients post-implementation through documentation, training, and ongoing system optimization.

Essential Job Functions
- Demonstrate a strong interest in how systems support business processes, with prior experience in IFS implementation projects or upgrades.
- Collaborate with clients to analyze business needs and map requirements to the IFS finance module.
- Configure and customize IFS finance applications to meet customer business requirements.
- Draft comprehensive documentation, including specifications and work instructions, to support ongoing system use and modification.
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to customers on how to best leverage IFS applications for their business processes.
- Design solutions, challenge assumptions, and deliver effective recommendations to meet client expectations and ensure project success.
- Deliver client training sessions to ensure seamless adoption and long-term system sustainability.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration with consultants and developers to ensure the delivery of innovative, business-driven solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Functional expertise in one or more areas of IFS: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Procurement, Asset Management, Projects, or Expense Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Business, or equivalent field; CPA certification is preferred.
- Basic project management skills, with experience in managing deliverables, timelines, and client communication.
- Proven experience exclusively with IFS ERP, either as a customer or a member of an implementation team.
- Completion of at least two full lifecycle IFS ERP finance implementations.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience implementing IFS financial or expense management solutions.
- A minimum of 3 years of finance project experience working with IFS clients to deliver subject matter guidance, training, and adherence to best practices.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time for client engagements.
- Must have experience with IFS ERP systems.
- Must be located within the United States to be considered for this role.
