IFS Cloud Architect
We are seeking an experienced IFS Cloud Architect
to play a key role in a large-scale ERP transformation. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing organization that is standardizing on IFS Cloud across multiple business sites.
Responsibilities

Develop and document IFS Cloud solution designs based on business requirements.

Oversee and manage IFS Cloud implementation and deployment, including data migration and integrations.

Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and manage incidents related to IFS Cloud.

Train end-users and administrators on effective system use and maintain technical documentation.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for business process improvement and system optimization.

Manage change requests and enhancements within the IFS Cloud environment.

Lead architecture design for multi-site, multi-entity Cloud setups and mobile workforce enablement.
Requirements

10+ years of ERP experience with a minimum of 5 years in IFS implementations, including IFS Cloud.

Strong technical depth in IFS Cloud: data migration, integrations (IFS Connect, REST APIs), Aurena customizations, and reporting.

Focus on IFS Service Management solutions (FSM, PSO, Mobile, Service Contracts, Depot Repair).

Proven experience in deployment/architecture design across complex, multi-site environments.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present to executive stakeholders.
