Job Title: IFS Business Systems Analyst Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our clients growing IFS team. This role plays a critical part in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and implementing solutions within IFS ERP. The organization is currently upgrading from Apps 10 through version 29, with a long-term plan to migrate to IFS Cloud by 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a major ERP transformation program while working alongside a collaborative and long-tenured IT team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business functions across finance, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, warehousing, projects, and other modules to design and enhance ERP processes

  • Partner with business unit leaders and end users to document requirements, identify gaps, and deliver system solutions

  • Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and quality assurance activities

  • Work closely with IFS developers to design, implement, and test enhancements, reports, and integrations (CRIMs)

  • Provide functional support for IFS and other business systems, resolving issues and addressing user pain points

  • Create and maintain functional specifications, user documentation, process flows, and procedures

  • Act as a project leader within assigned divisions, ensuring timely delivery of ERP initiatives

  • Support ongoing ERP upgrades and contribute to Cloud migration projects

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst with IFS ERP (Apps 10 and Cloud strongly preferred)

  • Techno-functional expertise in one or more modules: Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, Warehousing, Projects, CRM, etc.

  • Experience with CRIMs, requirements gathering, documentation, training, and testing

  • Strong problem-solving skills with curiosity and initiative to ask the right questions

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities

  • Role requires being onsite 5 days per week with travel to nearby sites on a bi-weekly basis
