IFS Business Systems Analyst / IFS Security Administrator (SOX) Job Description Summary
Responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and deploying additions / enhancements related to security within the IFS application environment. Also responsible for Sarbanes-Oxley controls
within the application, aligned with audit reviews. Maintain compliance with all security related laws and regulations and assist during internal and external audits.

QUALIFICATIONS

- A minimum of 4 years’ experience designing, configuring, developing, testing, and deploying security solutions within IFS applications
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience with Government, Risk and Compliance access control software. SOX
- A minimum of 2 ERP implementations or upgrade experience; Experience in a ERP production support role.
- Demonstrated security and IFS administration experiences.
- Demonstrated knowledge of IFS modules: Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources and Operations functionality.
- Demonstrated knowledge of systems design & development methodologies, project management methodologies and security frameworks.
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally. 10%
- Ability to work effectively across and within diverse teams.
- Excellent facilitation, verbal and written (formal and technical) communication skills with a good command of the English language.
- Strong execution skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure, deliver quality results within standards and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with an attention to detail.
- Experience using MS Office Suite including Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project and Outlook.
- Ability to work overtime as required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Provide a secure and auditable environment for IFS Production landscape. Coordinate all security responses to internal and external audits and audit-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with IT security requirements, including Sarbanes-Oxley, local encryption regulations and privacy laws. Maintain segregation of duties and access controls within IFS.
- Monitor security within IFS application environments on a daily basis. Produce management reports including appropriate metrics that clearly inform IT management as to the state of IFS information risk.

- Apply technical design, configuration, development, testing, documentation and architecture standards and principles. Follow IT Change Management processes, technical security related policies and procedures for the IFS landscape.
- Serve as an expert for IFS Internal Control administration across all environments (development, QA, production, etc.)
- Forecast (as appropriate) and analyze system / integration defects and production requests / issues. Resolve with business relevant solutions (Provide 3rd Level Production Support / Issue Resolution).
- Create and maintain permission set for each landscape (development, QA, production, offshore, etc.).
- Provide input into project / resource estimating activities along with key / required skills.
- Conduct security updates during system upgrades and organizational / process changes. Support general security additions and updates. Incorporate the security design in the technical specifications based on the functional specifications. Maintain local security requirements.
- Create security testing scenarios. Execute / assist with executing where appropriate.
- Facilitate a periodic review of IFS access.
