Position Title : Business Analyst – Supply Chain

Position Overview

The Business Analyst – Supply Chain will collaborate closely with clients to understand their supply chain challenges and tailor IFS solutions to meet their specific needs. This is a remote position requiring periodic travel to client sites. Candidates must have hands-on IFS experience and reside within the United States.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client discovery sessions and workshops to identify supply chain requirements.
  • Document functional design specifications aligned with best practices and client objectives.
  • Assist with testing strategies, go-live planning, and deployment for IFS solutions.
  • Design and implement optimized supply chain processes leveraging IFS capabilities.
  • Stay current with IFS developments, updates, and release features to provide informed guidance.
  • Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders, providing updates and actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • Required Skills and Experience :

    • IFS ERP experience is mandatory.
    • Expertise in supply chain processes, including inventory management, purchasing, and sales.
    • 3+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics roles.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
    • Must reside and be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Preferred Skills and Experience :

    • Knowledge of Agile methodology and project management practices.
    • Industry experience in aerospace, defense, or construction sectors.
    • Certifications in IFS or related fields are a plus.
