Overview:
Seeking an experienced IFS 7 Application Support Specialist
to provide both technical and functional support for IFS Applications 7. This role involves troubleshooting, user support, system maintenance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the IFS environment.

Provide end-user support, training, and documentation.

Manage user onboarding/offboarding and access controls.

Handle incident, problem, and request management through ticketing systems.

Perform system monitoring, maintenance, updates, and backups.

Support data integrity, reporting, and analysis.

Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to resolve complex issues.

Ensure SOX/audit control compliance.

Contribute to knowledge management and training materials.
- 7+ years hands-on IFS ERP experience (IFS Apps 7) .

Strong troubleshooting across functional and technical layers (front-end, service layer, backend).

Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes (e.g., Discrete Manufacturing, Engineer-to-Order, Configure-to-Order, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, Shop Floor Reporting, Material & Resource Planning).

Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Service Request, Change, Problem Management).

Solid understanding of database concepts (Oracle/SQL Server) and data extraction.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with IFS Cloud and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).

Exposure to Finance or Supply Chain modules.

Data migration experience.
