Position Summary
A fast-growing manufacturer is seeking an Epicor Kinetic System Administrator to take ownership of the ERP system’s administration, performance, and optimization. This role will act as the internal subject matter expert on Epicor Kinetic, supporting users across departments including operations, finance, inventory, and supply chain.
Note: Applications must clearly demonstrate experience with Epicor Kinetic to be considered.
Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Epicor Kinetic, ensuring smooth daily operation

Develop and support BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, SSRS reports, and user security

Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2/3 ERP-related issues

Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements, optimize processes, and support implementations/upgrades

Manage system integrations via REST APIs, Service Connect, and third-party tools

Document system processes, workflows, and technical configurations

Partner with IT to maintain SQL Server, Windows Server, backups, and maintenance

Participate in system upgrades, testing, and change control efforts
Required Qualifications

2+ years of direct Epicor Kinetic experience (must be shown clearly on resume)

Strong SQL Server skills, including query writing and basic admin

Experience with BAQs, BPMs, SSRS, and Epicor security protocols

Familiarity with manufacturing and inventory workflows

Proficiency with Windows Server, IIS, and ERP integrations

Strong communication, analytical, and documentation abilities

Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications

Epicor certifications in Tools, Administration, or Customization

Experience with Epicor REST API or Service Connect

Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, C#, etc.)

Understanding of ITIL or project management frameworks

Prior experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting

Exposure to EDI and/or QuickBooks Enterprise

Familiarity with lean principles or continuous improvement
