, responsible for customizing and optimizing the Epicor Kinetic ERP system. This role involves developing ERP customizations, SQL dashboards, managing user permissions, and integrating eCommerce solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with system administration, process documentation, and Agile methodologies

Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Epicor Kinetic to meet business needs.
- Design and optimize SQL dashboards for reporting and analytics.
- Work on eCommerce integrations with Epicor, particularly using Credera .
- Manage user permissions and system administration tasks.
- Define, develop, and document business processes for system improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Epicor customizations and integrations.
Requirements:
- Experience with Epicor Kinetic customization and development (must-have).
- Strong knowledge of SQL, dashboard creation, and reporting .
- Familiarity with Credera is a plus.
- Experience in eCommerce connections and integrations with Epicor.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to work iteratively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
