About the Role
A global leader in manufacturing and technology is modernizing its ERP environment and moving from Classic Kinetic to the next-generation Kinetic Cloud-based UI . We are seeking an experienced Epicor Kinetic Developer with deep expertise in Application Studio to lead this initiative. This is a high-impact role where you will be hands-on in building custom user interfaces, product configurators, and ERP extensions that enhance efficiency, scalability, and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Form Conversion & Modernization: Convert Classic Kinetic forms into the new Kinetic Cloud UI using Application Studio .
- Business Logic & Automation: Develop and maintain BAQs (Business Activity Queries), BPMs (Business Process Management rules), and Functions to automate workflows and enforce business rules.
- UI/UX Development: Build custom user interfaces, dashboards, personalization layers, and screen customizations in App Studio.
- Product Configurators: Design and implement Epicor product configurators to streamline quoting, order entry, and product management.
- Integration Development: Utilize REST APIs for integrations between Epicor ERP and external systems.
- Reporting & Document Management: Develop SSRS reports and leverage Epicor ECM (Enterprise Content Management) for secure document handling.
- System Governance: Ensure all customizations align with best practices for security, performance, maintainability, and upgrade resilience .
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with functional analysts, IT, and business leaders to translate requirements into scalable, future-proof technical solutions.
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE: Hands-on expertise with Epicor Kinetic Application Studio (non-negotiable).

Proven track record in Classic Kinetic ? Kinetic Cloud UI conversion .

Strong knowledge of BAQs, BPMs, Functions, dashboards, and Epicor customizations .

Experience building product configurators and custom user interfaces within Epicor.

Skilled in REST APIs, SSRS reporting, and Epicor ECM .

Ability to deliver low-code/no-code solutions while maintaining system stability and performance.

Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Experience supporting ERP modernization or upgrade projects is preferred.
