We are working with a client that is seeking an Epicor Kinetic Developer to join their IT/ERP team. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to design, develop, and support Epicor Kinetic applications while partnering closely with business users, analysts, and fellow developers to improve processes and ensure system stability.
Key Responsibilities:-
Design, build, and maintain customizations within Epicor Kinetic (C#, BPMs, BAQs, Dashboards, SSRS).

Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems (REST APIs, Service Connect, middleware).

Troubleshoot and resolve Epicor-related issues, including bug fixes and enhancements.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Create BAQs, dashboards, and SSRS reports to support business intelligence.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across the system.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3–5 years of Epicor ERP experience, with preference for Epicor Kinetic.

Strong technical skills in C#, SQL Server, and T-SQL.

Experience with BPMs, BAQs, Dashboards, SSRS, and system integrations.

Knowledge of Epicor Service Connect is a plus.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Direct Epicor Kinetic experience.

Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or finance processes.

Familiarity with reporting/analytics tools (SSRS, Power BI).

Experience in mid-sized to enterprise manufacturing environments.
