Epicor Kinetic Developer 
AdAstra is searching for an Epicor Kinetic Developer who can develop, implement, and maintain Epicor Kinetic systems to support business processes. This role requires expertise in Epicor Kinetic, strong technical skills, and collaboration across teams. Strong preference for candidates looking for IT leadership development. 

Location : onsite in California, USA (relocation assistance negotiable) 
Target salary $85k+ DOE

Responsibilities :
- Assist in developing and customizing Epicor Kinetic modules, troubleshoot issues, participate in testing.
- Design and implement custom Epicor solutions, integrate with other systems, provide detailed technical support.
- Manage upgrades and enhancements, optimize system performance, enforce coding standards, train end-users and mentor junior developers.
- Lead strategic Epicor Kinetic initiatives, coordinate teams, recommend new technologies, lead large-scale projects, represent in executive meetings.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Optimize performance and ensure compliance.

Qualifications : 
- Proficiency in Epicor development tools
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, ability to work in teams. 
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of Epicor ERP / Kinetic experience.
- Manufacturing experience and project management knowledge preferred.
