We have been retained by our client, a long-established manufacturing organization, to identify a Sr. Epicor Kinetic Architect to lead their ERP environment and drive ongoing optimization initiatives across the business.

This is a high-impact, senior-level position responsible for overseeing all aspects of Epicor Kinetic system architecture, configuration, and strategic development. The ideal candidate will blend deep functional knowledge with technical understanding to design scalable solutions, guide system improvements, and lead a small internal ERP team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Epicor Kinetic architecture, design, and roadmap

• Act as the primary liaison between IT and business teams across Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations

• Guide and mentor a team of three ERP professionals

• Oversee ERP projects, upgrades, and integrations to ensure optimal system performance

• Design and develop Epicor solutions including BAQs , BPMs , Dashboards , and screen customizations

• Leverage Application Studio to create and maintain user-friendly, scalable configurations

• Collaborate with leadership to drive ERP modernization and process efficiency

• Serve as Tier 4 escalation for complex ERP issues

• Plan and support site migrations to Kinetic

• Document processes, develop best practices, and contribute to IT strategy

Qualifications

• 10+ years of ERP / Applications experience, with a strong focus on Epicor Kinetic (Classic 2021+)

• Experience leading ERP projects and teams within a manufacturing or distribution environment

• Strong understanding of business processes — Order to Cash, Purchasing, Inventory, Supply Chain, and Finance

• Proficiency with BAQs, BPMs, Dashboards, Application Studio, and SQL

• Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to mentor and develop others

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• Certifications such as MSCE, VCP, or CCNA preferred

Additional Details

• Full-time, permanent position

• Onsite preferred; remote flexibility available for the right candidate

• Salary up to $135,000 annually , commensurate with experience
