Epicor Eclipse Application Analyst – Finance Focus Full-Time | Permanent | $90,000–$110,000+ DOE | Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote)
Our client, a leading national manufacturer and distributor , is seeking an experienced Epicor Eclipse Application Analyst (Finance Focus) to join their growing ERP organization. This role will be instrumental in optimizing the accounting modules of Epicor Eclipse and driving efficiencies across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Credit, and General Ledger operations.
About the Role
As the accounting subject-matter expert within the ERP team, you’ll partner closely with Finance and IT to analyze business processes, design and implement system enhancements, and ensure seamless ERP performance. You’ll act as a bridge between technical and functional teams, improving workflows and enabling smarter business decisions through data integrity and automation.
Key Responsibilities:-
Serve as the primary Tier-2 support contact for Eclipse ERP accounting modules (AR, AP, Credit, GL)

Diagnose, resolve, and document ERP accounting issues and enhancement requests

Analyze existing financial workflows to identify and implement process improvements

Perform root cause analysis for defects and guide fixes through testing and deployment

Develop and maintain SOPs, documentation, and training resources

Support ERP upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts

Collaborate with stakeholders to align system capabilities with accounting practices and reporting needs

Essential Skills & Experience:-
3+ years of hands-on Epicor Eclipse ERP experience (ETERM & Solar)

Strong understanding of corporate accounting and double-entry principles

Demonstrated ability to translate accounting processes into ERP configurations

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Office 365) for data analysis and reporting

Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or process improvement projects

Ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and deliver under tight timelines

Familiarity with Confluence or similar documentation platforms
