We're partnering with a global, multi-site manufacturing company that is undergoing an exciting digital transformation. They are looking for a Director of ERP Systems to lead the strategy, design, and execution of their Epicor Kinetic (and E10) environment across multiple international locations.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who combines strong technical ERP knowledge with hands-on implementation experience and global team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead ERP design, planning, implementation, and optimization initiatives across 4 global sites (CT, NY, Toronto, Suzhou)

Architect and implement scalable Epicor Kinetic solutions, including upgrades and system integrations

Oversee integrations with platforms like Salesforce, CAD/PLM, and financial systems

Align ERP strategy with organizational goals, drive process harmonization and efficiency

Evaluate and challenge current system setups, customizations, and interfaces

Manage a geographically distributed team and third-party vendors to deliver on ERP objectives

Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables

Ensure robust system documentation, user training, and knowledge transfer

Support end users and provide ongoing system and process improvements
Qualifications & Skills:
- 7+ years of ERP leadership in a manufacturing environment , preferably in multi-site or global settings

Proven experience with Epicor Kinetic and E10 , including upgrades, data migrations, and support

Strong knowledge of Order to Cash , Procure to Pay , and manufacturing processes (Shop Orders, MTO, ETO, Project Manufacturing)

Solid understanding of costing models , inventory valuation, and financial reporting

Familiarity with CAD/PLM systems (e.g., Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, ePlan)

Experience with SQL , data analysis, BAQs, and business reporting

Strong communication and leadership skills, including cross-functional and international collaboration

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
