- Provide end-user training and support.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an Epicor ERP administrator.
- Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Background in manufacturing or distribution preferred (1-5+ years).
- Proficiency in SQL, Crystal Reports, SSRS, Power BI, and Microsoft tools.
