Epicor Kinetic Developer – Remote | Full-Time
We have been exclusively retained by a new Epicor customer that is in the midst of implementing Epicor Kinetic (Cloud) across its operations. This is a pivotal position within their organization—offering the opportunity to take ownership of a lightly customized Kinetic environment and directly influence how the system evolves to support business goals.
This is a fully remote role, ideal for a hands-on Epicor Developer who thrives in a collaborative setting and is ready to play a key role in a modern ERP transformation.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and support ERP enhancements using Epicor Kinetic tools including Application Studio, BAQs, BPMs, Functions, and REST APIs

Work closely with business users and IT leadership to gather requirements and build process-driven ERP solutions

Develop and support integrations with third-party applications such as Salesforce and Paylocity

Customize and streamline business workflows to improve efficiency and usability

Contribute to the broader Epicor roadmap and help scale system capabilities over time
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of Epicor ERP development experience, including hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic (2022.2 or higher)

Strong skills in Application Studio, BAQs, BPMs, Functions, and REST API development

Proficient in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL

Experience working in Classic UI within Epicor Kinetic

Familiarity with integrations (Salesforce, Paylocity, or similar systems)

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Based in the U.S. and able to work full-time aligned with Pacific Time Zone hours
